Setting up for teams and agencies

Organise multiple clients into projects, invite team members, and share reports without extra logins.

1

One project per site

Create a separate project for each website you manage. Projects hold all audits, notes, redirect maps, and settings for that site in one place. For agencies, the project name is usually the client name: this makes the projects list readable at a glance.

2

Invite team members

Open Team from the sidebar to invite colleagues by email. Invited members can view all projects and reports in the workspace. Use notes and project context to keep everyone aligned without sending reports manually.

3

Share reports with clients

Use the Share button on any report to generate a clean share link. Clients and stakeholders can view the full report with no login required. Share links are read-only and can be revoked at any time from the report settings.

4

Use integrations for handoffs

For agency delivery workflows, connect Slack for report notifications and link Jira, GitHub, or Linear so developers receive focused issues rather than the full report. This keeps the audit workflow inside the tools each team already uses.
