Guide

Scheduling audits and tracking trends

Keep projects under automatic review and read the comparisons between reports.

1

Set a schedule per project

Open a project's Settings drawer and enable Scheduled Audits with a daily, weekly, or monthly cadence. Scheduled runs are marked in the report list so you can tell them apart from manual checks.

2

Read the comparison banner

Every report after the first automatically compares against the previous completed audit: overall score delta, new issues, fixed issues, and recurring issues. New issues deserve attention first: they tell you what changed.

3

Watch the score trend

The project page shows a sparkline of overall scores across completed audits. A slow downward drift usually means content changes are outpacing maintenance; a sudden drop points at a deploy or plugin update worth investigating.

4

Treat recurring issues as workflow signals

An issue that reappears across several reports usually is not a one-time code fix. It is a process gap. Common examples: images uploaded without alt text, or new pages published without meta descriptions.
